A Chinese power equipment manufacturer with two decades of engineering, manufacturing and global delivery experience.
Founded in 2004 in Wuhan, China, PowerCore started as a small transformer workshop with a single principle: no equipment leaves the factory until it has passed every test we would want on our own grid.
Today our 120,000 m² manufacturing base produces transformers, switchgear, distribution panels and cables for customers in more than 50 countries — from rural electrification programs to hyperscale data centers.
We remain a manufacturer first: engineering in-house, testing every batch, and standing behind our equipment with real warranty support.
The values that shape every design decision and delivery
Equipment tested beyond the standard, because downtime is never just a number.
Arc-proof enclosures, fail-safe interlocks and certified materials as standard.
Amorphous cores, SF6-free switchgear and smart monitoring, developed in-house.
Engineer-to-engineer support from first inquiry through commissioning.
Starts as a transformer workshop with 40 employees and a single test bench.
First export order delivered to Southeast Asia; export business begins.
Quality management system certified; CE marking achieved for key products.
High-voltage transformer line commissioned, expanding the range to 220 kV.
Regional offices opened; 24/7 after-sales support established across 5 regions.
Automated winding, testing and traceability systems go live on the shop floor.
Milestone project completed; factory capacity reaches 12,000 MVA per year.
Our Wuhan facility spans 120,000 m² with automated winding lines, computer-controlled drying and vacuum oil treatment, and a full high-voltage test laboratory.
Every transformer, panel and cable run is tracked by serial number from raw material to final test report — so we can trace, reproduce and improve, batch after batch.
